Staying Spiritually Sane

We have all been raised with some type of spiritual presence in our lives. That someone that is holy, and represents goodness in the world and universe. The creator of all things, beings, and essences.

I think that we all need that goodness example of something or someone to follow when we doubt ourselves.

There are times in your and my life where we go off track and start to wonder off and live our lives the way the we really want to live it, knowing that our spirit is not being benefited by these type of actions. We may be happy or okay with it about it for a while, and might be completely happy, but when something does not go according to plan, we always turn to “that presence”.

It is important to feed our spirit and soul just like we feed our bodies, they may not ask for it but they also get hungry. Listen to that voice that talks to you everyday when you are alone, that “voice” is never wrong and will lead you to make good decisions for you, the people you love and your soul as a whole.

Trace back to when you were a kid and think about what was important to you then, it might be just what you need, for your spirit to stay calm and sane. Meditation is a spiritual practice that has gone from itsoriginalgroup and been taken by the secular masses. Meditation is good for the spirit and healthful for the mind and body.
